1.) When ever the web host is down for maintenance / weather conditions / technical problems. All the websites won’t appear on the net.

2.) If you are just a domain seller wish to host all domains with minimum content, such type is okay.

3.) If you run a business on more than one domain, you will lose more because of down time.

4.) One domain is taken as the root, and all other domains will be listed in that root. If you won’t renew your root domain, once again your websites won’t appear. Or you have to pay the one time fee to the host provider to change the root (Usually $5 US)
