Is FUSU.com is useful for Domainers?

Fusu.com "domain stock exchange" sells shares of premium domain names to public, similar to equity share. Market value of the domain name is calculated and 45% of total value "maximum" will be sold as shares to public. Share prices may vary from $ 0.1 to $ 1.0 as per the owners wish. For the sake of safety to their investors, domains are to registered (or) transferred to their approved registrars currently "Euro DNS" and if the domain owner wishes to sell the domain, secure transactions via escrow is done. Payments to the share holders are settled and remaining payment goes to domain owner

Domains can be sold with out the knowledge of share holders, provided selling price is 150% of the market value. As the market value of the domain increases simultaneously the share value also increases, hence gain for investors FUSU charges a brokerage commission of 1% for purchase and 1 % for sale, same procedure is followed for domain owners also.

The scheme is very good. I am also eager to submit few of my valuable domains in this, but i have to transfer my domains to Euro DNS. The company charges renewals @ 18 Euro per year (~ $ 28 you will pay renewal for 4 domains from this amount) this is the only problem. I also mailed to my registrar to become a FUSU approved registrar, but they refused to take part in such activities. If they get other registrars in their business with cheaper registration cost there are chances that their business will succeed. More over they have not revealed at any place in their site regarding the number of domainers and investors in their business " may be just nick name is enough" required to build trust

I also checked with the domains, they were registered at tucows / moniker / dotregistrar ETC “TOS is just thrown in dust box”. So many 3 char .com's and few one and two word domains are now listed at their home page."But i feel only a part of domain listing as premium domains" Some of these domain names are even for sale at sedo also. Parking earning is also given as dividend income. We can also sell our domains through them, commission charges are quite low.
