The main reason for this lower price is lack in marketability, If Michael spent some bucks on advertising about pizza.com before the auction he might have got more than 5 Millions for his Pizza.com, its earning potential is quite high and for the new buyer ROI will be around 5 - 6 years only and at that time, this e-property may worth more than 20 Million.
